Tuesday, June 23, 2009 - Nice classic color (light red with some brown). Very floral on the nose (roses) mixed with dirt. Medium to full body on the palate. Strawberries and cherries dominate the mid palate. Some earthy/truffle tones on the finish with tasty bitter-sweet tannins. Very well balanced and quite approachable for its age. Will be even better in 2-3 years.
