Monday, December 31, 2012 - Decent day 1 but I felt compelled to write about how this wine acts on day two. On two separate occasions, the wine had a strong rubber tire aroma. 1st time I thought maybe somehow the cork lent this aroma to the wine overnight but this last time I corked it with a glass stopper. Odd and I ended up having to dump it down the drain.
