The nose is full of the Pégaü classical tones of wet hay, garrigue, dried flowers, dark fruit and after a few hours of air a subtle but lovely tone of menthol (!) and morellos. Comparing the 07 to the 03, the 03 is more integrated, a little bit "more" of everything - although the 07 will be a great wine with some age it will not be as great as the 03. Comparing the 07 to the 05, I think the 07 drinks better right now, but that is of course just according to my palate. (score is 95-96 tonight)
