Monday, April 20, 2009 - Medium red in the glass. Aromas of dusty cherry, briar, and cinnamon bark. On the palate, this shows creamy cherries, cherry-vanilla liqueur, dust, and some floral notes. Spice and dusty tannins come in on the finish. Medium bodied. Mature and where I like my Ridge zins for primary fruit - still fruity, but integrated.
