Doesn't appear to have enough acid to keep drinking well for much longer IMHO. Tannins are non-existent. Fading. Drink up.

You know, I was just near Castle Pines in late April as I had some business at Peterson AFB. I was there for less than 24 hours and didn't realize that was your neck of the woods. I may be back in Denver later this year so I'll be sure to let you know ahead of time and hopefully we can link up...assuming you'll be in town. Italy? I wish. Maybe next year.
