Saturday, May 2, 2015 - Very closed to start with but after 1h in the glass it comes to life. Bitter cherries, dark raspberries licorice, animalic and earth aromas. In the mouth black fruit, and those earthy notes again. Seemed a bit unbalanced first time round but I'll give it the benefit of doubt and will keep it for a couple of years in the cellar.
Tried again after another month with the Coravin but left it to breathe a bit longer and it was much better this time.
