Saturday, February 28, 2015 - A Matter of Taste: London Edition (Saatchi Gallery, Chelsea): Explosive layers of cranberry, sweet spice and red velvet on the nose; backwards, monstrous & primary, only hinting at the level to which this should soar; concentrated but not extracted; chewy tannins; tremendous balance; no oak; continued to develop with air.
