Thursday, April 7, 2016 - Absolutely tight as a drum which was a surprise as I just had the 2012 that was open and ready to go just the week prior. Dense concentrated dark fruit notes with plenty of anise and fennel, some earth and spices and a wall of tannin's on the finish. Didn't budge much after a few hour decant. Structure for days just needs more cellar time.
