Tuesday, February 20, 2007 - This has aged more than I thought it would. Plum, currant, cherry fruit...little tart and sour. Leather, sage herbs, cedar box, wintergreen tobacco, pepper spice. A little thin, and tart....nice earth and smoked meat notes. Past its glory....but still a nice drink. 92pts
