Saturday, March 29, 2014 - 2013 editon of En Primeur - Kelly and Kevin’s excellent adventure; 3/26/2014-4/1/2014 (Mostly in Bordeaux and a night in Paris): More mature example of the wine. A hint of oxidative note which is not bothersome, yellow fruits, lemon curd, coriander seeds, apple pie, honey and mineral. Small and subtle mousse, bright and sweet fruit driven palate impression, extremely bright acidity and long finish. For me, the maturity seems to vary from bottle to bottle but all are quite enjoyable.
