Friday, June 27, 2008 - Light yellow. Massive mousse. Nice nose of roasted wheat, fresh pear and apple juice, vanilla, and some slightly oxidized notes. Tastewise intense and seducing, fresh and pure yet unmistakeable Selosse. Very nice.
