Friday, February 6, 2015 - Medium/deep garnet core,wide pale garnet rim. Nose shows sweet, rich, strawberry fruit, vanilla, touch of undergrowth and earth. Medium/full bodied, quite gamey, sweet fruit, generous/layered, tannins a touch chewy though softening as it warms, good length finish. Excellent - don't serve too cool.
