Friday, April 19, 2013 - Yup, tasty. Great sugar/acid/alcohol balance to me. Aired for half an hour or so before drinking. Very smooth. Aromas are earthy, plum, and cinnamon. Flavours are raisin, nutmeg/clove, and a hint of alcohol. Finish is fairly long but doesn't evolve a whole lot. Improved a whole lot with air...great stuff from Peter.
