Friday, October 21, 2016 - Typical W-S flavors of cola, cherry, and cranberry. Secondary flavors of of christmas spice, marmalade combined with a touch of cedar. Mild tannins, but a reasonable level of acidity. A bit more age may bring out a better balance of primary and secondary flavors. Decant as it has some light sediment.
