Saturday, May 23, 2009 - Pale gold hue. Nose of crisp green apples, limes, pear, and flint. Coiled like a spring on the palate, yielding taut, precise flavors of minerally yet tangy applecore notes. Elegant acidity freshening the citrus-laden finish. Poised, balanced chardonnay which should age very nicely.
