Saturday, January 23, 2010 - Nose: Rich, a little hot, showing mostly plums, cassis, hint of mint, touch of greens. Palate: Pencil lead, licorice, plums on the attack. Heat develops on the mid-palate, followed by slightly grippy tannins. Long plummy, licorice finish. Quite tasty now but young and hasn't peaked yet.
