Thursday, August 21, 2014 - Walter Hansel vs. Grand Cru Burgundy (Bin 75): Dull garnet, see through; spice, cranberry, cola, strawberry, cherry, rhubarb, clove, brown sugar; rich, sweet cherry and cranberry on the palate, spice, tart and taut, some stem and mint showed through with air; very good, Burgundian.
