Sunday, September 18, 2016 - Dark red in color. 14.7% ABV. Powerful nose of red fruits, cedar and tobacco. Big, bold and powerful. Exceptionally well balanced with just the right amount of acidity. Black cherries, currants and cassis on the palate. Gritty, fine grained tannins on an exceptionally long finish. The wine is in a good spot right now but should drink well over the next 2-4 years.
