Monday, September 21, 2015 - Aussie Shiraz (Edina Country Club): Pop and pour, drank a glass over about an hour. The soul of this wine is dark. It is definitely Australian, but there is an old world streak through it. There is funk on the palate and nose that blew off after about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, at that point, the wine became rather simple.
