Friday, February 15, 2013 - A few Veleta wines with Nola and Juan Palomar (Emilio's Tapas Sol y Nieve, Chicago, IL): Nose: The nose is fresh and with good depth along with tones of warm bread, red fruits, berries, citrus, and some red florals.

Taste: Medium bodied with medium/high acidity that is tart, but refreshing. The acidity is very noticeable, but it isn't overpowering along with tones of warm breads, red fruits, citrus, and red floral tones.

Overall: This is very good. There is excellent balance to this with nice depth on both the nose and palate.
