Sunday, September 21, 2014 - Happy Birthday to me (67 I think). Had with incredible prime rib and other appropriate goodies (Chile en Nogales appetizer during halftime of Seahawks/Bronco game). Just an elegant cab. Smooth, balanced fruit/complexity and hidden tannins at first which became present after 15 minutes and also very balanced. Medium body and finished. Always a favorite. Drinking well now. Does not really need a decant.
