Wednesday, December 3, 2014 - Guy's St Joseph Offline (RSJ, Coin Street, London): Brighter appearance, medium straw yellow. Nose is at first mute and slightly oxidative, but slowly coming out of its shell to show stone fruit, creamy vanilla, some florals. Medium/full bodied, attractive slightly creamy stone fruits, nice mouthfeel to this and welcome contrasting acidity on the good length finish. Very good and may improve. ***(1/2)
