Monday, October 15, 2012 - This wine absolutely blew me away! The nose was an intoxicating blend of funky mineral musk, honey crisp apples, sea breeze, honey combs, honey suckle, savory brown sugar mixed with caramel apple, mulch, wool, and artesian soap. Every sniff revealed a new scent. The palate was like a salted caramel apple with sea air and that funky Biodynamic umami. The alc was a bit boozy coming in at 14.5% but it's somehow balanced. I honestly sat there for hours smelling this exotic wine. I believe this is the best white wine I've had this year.
