Thursday, May 14, 2015 - Diesel, lush ripe appley flavours, medium-dry tending to medium. Tongue coating viscosity. I think what prevents it from rising above the basic level of excellence is lack of sufficient acidity and/or minerality to balance the rich textures present.
As I commented in my original note, I have had many better Emiles in the past, and expect to again in the future. Drink up this year.
