Wednesday, May 20, 2015 - Started with a nice bouquet of blackberries and ripe dark fruit. After a couple of hours decanting aromas opened up and revealed cocoa, cinamon, cloves and more sweet spices. Fulled bodied with grippy/coating tannins it paired nicely with a rich, sweet stew. In the glass it evolved and showed a good depth of concentrated fruit with a complex variety of spice and aromas.
