Sunday, April 16, 2006 - This was the Shone Farm bottling. We brought this out to go the the appetizers at Easter dinner and it was drained rather quickly. Lovely tangerine, nectarine, pear and ripe green apple. An element of toast lingers in the background. Great balance and only 13.6% abv made this a great overall value. Went well with Jarlsberg cheese.
