Saturday, September 28, 2013 - Garnet/crimson color. Aromas of chocolate, black cherry, currants, mint and herbs. Lovely red fruit, cherry and boysenberry qualities, with pepper and garrigue tones. Juicy and forward. Guessed 2007 CndP.

10/10/2013 5:49:00 PM - bill, certainly no harm in drinking it now...it's really tasty. With only two, my game plan would be to hold until 2015 and pop the first. Should still have a lot fruit but also starting to gain some additional complexity.
