Saturday, December 12, 2015 - This is prematurely oxidized. Tastes too caramel, with VA and not enough minerality - I don't think I would guess Chablis blind. Acid is high, but the wine is a mess. I'm somewhat comforted to read these notes from others who have experienced the same thing, but I'm pissed that I cellared this bottle for 7 years. That space could have been put to better use!
