Tuesday, May 4, 2010 - Consumer over three days (best on day three). Initially tight: thin and light with tart apple, pear and light lemon-lime citrus; basic and boring. Over three days it perked up, becoming quite dense and full. Some sweetness found its way into the mouth along with classic Marlborough grassiness, but what struck me was the petrol flavors and aromas the eventually came forth. Very unusual and welcoming for an entry-level SB like this. I would definitely repurchase.
