Friday, January 4, 2013 - My 40th at The Ledbury (The Ledbury, London): Good thwack of reductive, struck match aroma on the nose. Quite tight still, with minerality, and a slightly creamy apple note coming through the mind-palate with some spicy vanilla. Very promising, but needs time. ****
