Sunday, September 12, 2010 - Dark blackberry/grape juice on nose - very pronounced and nice. A little green pepper also...Nice and dark in glass with a medium weight and light acid/tannin. I'm getting some dark, juicy fruit and then on the medium finish some herb'y notes - ?sage or celery? Haven't quite had this before, but i like the complexity. This is great and new at the MLCC in Winnipeg. I like Bonarda for its subtle, but notable difference to "run of the mill" Malbecs...
