Tuesday, December 23, 2014 - Still fresh dark fruit. I was concerned that the cork crumbled as I tried to extract it. Decanted through SS filter. Still has years ahead of it. No hurry to consume. The finish just lingers for minutes if you let it. Truly amazing. Looks like I need to stock up on Ridge (again).
