Saturday, November 26, 2011 - Stale bannana bread, beeswax, honey, a body of open fresh water. Odd combination, free association on the smells. It does intrigue. Clean and persistant on the palate, goes down like water with a lingering, sappy finish. Just opened. We shall see where it goes.

Hour two: apricot and peaches on the nose, less pronouced aromatics than earlier. Still clear and crisp palate with lingering finish of beeswax.
