Wednesday, July 18, 2007 - Medium yellow, light nose of brioche, apple, citrus, nuts. Seems to be showing more oxidative elements. Light-medium body, medium intense lanolin and honey on the palate, still tangy acidity that hasn't seemed to integrate, herbal-tinged medium length finish. Quite impressive and went well with a fennel-marinated halibut and grilled squid.
