Saturday, September 14, 2013 - tasted blind, amongst more than a dozen 1982s, and it was my favorite, besting all the bordeaux at the table to my amazement.
nose - celery, cherry, strawberry
mouth - lively, sappy, full bodied, packing a mature broad fruit punchy flavor while being crisp and lean and....minerally. not at all betraying its age, a complex 30+ year old wine, wow!
