Tuesday, July 26, 2016 - At its peak and not likely to improve, but a delicious glass of wine. Lemon posset-like fruit with a tremendous savoury gunflint note that edges to something cheesy at times. Very complex, particularly at the mid palate, well layered with tantalising minerality and acidity. Starts off rather light in the mouth but gains an unctuousness on the finish, which flavour wise, is a little shorter than I've had with better vintages.
