Thursday, July 31, 2014 - Still a bit tight, but very tasty. Blueberries, cocoa and tannins. Do yourself a favor and let it open a bit before you pour. Had this with a well-marbled and grilled ribeye steak and it was delicious. Definitely stood up to the richness of the beef.
