Sunday, December 12, 2010 - This outstanding wine showed a wonderful combination of maturity and youthfulness. The aromatics display a combination of yeasty, nutty lemon zest that is balanced and nuanced. The color is a medium yellow that remains vibrant. The medium bodied palate continues the blend of youthfulness and maturity with the nutty and bread elements giving way to acidity on the lengthy finish.
