Saturday, March 8, 2003 - Dark red. Hints of burnt raisins and prunes. In the mouth the wine plays much more on butcher notes, such as bacon fat. Somewhat bizarre, and definitely unique in every way. A very tight wine that did flesh out somewhat over the course of the night.
