Saturday, March 19, 2011 - Dark red. Aromas of smoked pork, wild blackberry, leather, mushroom, violets, camphor, machine oil. Medium tannin, medium acidity. Exquisitely balanced, both structured and fat. Flavored of rich mixed berry fruit, prune, olives, earthy raw meat, menthol. Simply outstanding. Bottle #4 of six.
