    8/8/2015 3:17:00 PM - I get your point, the volatile acidity is a bit over the top, but interestingly I only pick the solvent/glue aromas after swirling the wine in the glass, then it dominates masking almost all other aromas. Without swirling it the VA seems to lift the prunes aroma as usual in the style, and it is far more interesting.

    Efectivamente para mi tampoco es el tipo de PC que me interese.
    Es incluso monótono y un poco aburrido de beber. Las dos veces que lo he probado eché en falta ese toque a mantequilla amarga tan característico.
    Seguiremos probando...
