Wednesday, May 20, 2009 - Beautiful mineral, rich apple fruit and oak spice nose. Palate is full bodied with plenty of fruit and acid playing off of each other. Long finish is full of stony, fruity and toasty notes. Rich and complex - very nice. Off the list at Palate in Glendale, CA.
