Sunday, February 14, 2010 - Lemon curd, baked Alaska, graham cracker, butterscotch, white peach, and stone. A bit fat but ultimately more concentrated and less cerebral than the Littorai from last night. Excellent. Best @ cellar temp. Very comparable to a Girardin 1er Cru (great fruit, pretty oaked for the distance).
