7/26/2015 3:33:00 PM - Frank - This is my first time trying this vintage, and my guess is that it's reached a plateau in its evolution and complexity, although I don't think it will necessarily go down hill right away either; If you only have one bottle left, I would recommend drinking it in the relatively near-term; If you have multiple, it would be interesting to see where it is in a few more years; Also note that I did not decant, so it's possible that would have changed my perspective

7/27/2015 8:26:00 AM - Thanks for the advice. Just the one left and have been holding it sentimentally for being the first release of Wind Gap. I thought one day sometime we would do a Wind Gap dinner here and so that's the place I saw the bottle. Guess I will hold until that time (if we ever do it).
