Wednesday, September 1, 2010 - An outstanding showing of this Champagne. Notes of ocean spray, lemon, chalk, and oyster shells. Bright and intensely flavored, almost like a sparkling Chablis. Tangy finish. A wonderful wine! 92-93 points.
