Thursday, June 16, 2011 - Bottle to Celebrate the arrival of our baby given to us by my coworker
Disgorged 12/07
Initial aromatics are of lemon cream and a touch of yeast. Expansive texture due to bracing acidity and fine bubbles. Solid wine with good structure. Should open up nicely.
2nd Glass is really opening up and showing some green apple. Tasty wine
