Saturday, July 9, 2011 - Definitely one of my top five non vintage champagnes. Great depth and concentration and it seems to get even better after a few years in the cellar. Pretty nose of creamy mouse, lemon zest, toasted almonds and fluffy baked dough aromas. Palate is nicely balanced with great richness and flavour with supporting acids. Nice fine bubbles, wonderful length, more yeasty components, citrus fruit and apple skin. The complete package and one of my favorites.
