Monday, July 18, 2011 - Wonderful deep fruit flavors including pears, grapefruit, and apples. Also a very subtle butter flavor that is in contrast to the prominent minerality. A a very good NV champagne, however the value of this champagne depends on how much you pay for it given that it seems to range from $39 to $75.
