Saturday, January 21, 2012 - These bottles were fresh of the boast and had wonderful effervescence. These were some of the better Grand Cellier bottles that I remember having, with a wide range of subtle flavors including pineapple, chalk, and minerals. The balance of this wine was also perfect, with all of the flavors being very subtle yet apparent at the same time. This is a great go to NV champagne if you can get it for less than $45.
