Tasted December 13, 2006 at an offline. Opened and served immediately in a Riedel Vinum Cuvee Prestige glass. Light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of apples, dough and citrus fruits. Flavors of Bartlett pear, spiced apples and soft brown spices. Light to medium acidity, medium bodied. Drink now.
